Getting Ready at Loews Kansas City Hotel

The day began at the Loews Kansas City Hotel, one of the most beautiful locations in downtown Kansas City for wedding preparations. Haley and Brett spent the morning surrounded by their closest friends, laughter filling the room as everyone got ready for the day ahead.

The clean lines and modern interiors of Loews made the perfect setting for portraits and detail photos before the celebration began. We captured their first look inside the hotel, allowing the couple to share a quiet moment together before the excitement of the ceremony.

After getting ready, we headed to the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art for wedding party portraits. The Nelson-Atkins is one of the most iconic photo locations in Kansas City, and its timeless architecture always adds a refined backdrop for wedding photography.

One of the most memorable moments of the night was Haley and Brett’s espresso tower — a creative twist on the traditional champagne tower. It set the tone for a lively reception filled with music, dancing, and an incredible amount of energy from their guests.
