A Chic and Elegant Wedding at The Chicago Illuminating Company

Grab your virtual champagne because I'm about to spill the beans on this incredible wedding I shot in Chicago! Megan and Tony's love story turned into an incredibly chic masterpiece at the legendary Chicago Illuminating Company, and the vibes were 1000% immaculate.

We kicked off the weekend capturing Megan and Tony's pre-wedding excitement at the Chicago Firehouse, setting the stage for an insanely fun wedding. Inspired by the timeless glamour of Sophia Richie's wedding, I sprinkled in a touch of cinematic magic by shooting on film and an old 00s digital camera, as well as my professional canons.

The wedding day was a dance between tradition and trend, but the reception was something else. Think late night snacks consisting of iconic Chicago pizzas, sizzling hotdogs, and a lemoncello bar. There wasn’t a single person not taking part in the shenanigans on the dance floor. Everyone celebrated so hard!

When the night waned, we kept the party alive at Recess, a hidden gem of a bar in Chicago. And the next morning? Well, let's just say we woke up with sore feet and hangovers, but it was so worth it.
